• Account details, name, email, phone number, password, and shipping or billing address.
• Order and service details, items purchased, rented, or submitted for laundry care, including garment composition notes recorded during intake.
• Payment information, processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications, messages you send to support, reviews, and survey responses.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent on site.

Garment intake records, including fabric composition notes, are retained for the active life of your account to support future service quality, and are deleted within 24 months of account closure unless a longer period is required by law.

Sanntoma operates internationally. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection law.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account, rent or purchase garments, or submit garments for hosting, consistent with our Rental Agreement and Garment Hosting Agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice such as an email or in-app notification.
