How Sanntoma Hosting Works
Hosting at Sanntoma allows you to earn from quality garments you no longer wear by making them available for rental or sale through us.
Here's how it works:
1. You Set the Value
As a Contributor, you decide how much your garment is worth to you. This is called your Target Value: the total amount you want to earn from the item. This is the total amount you will earn for that item. No surprises.
2. We Host & Manage the Garment
Once accepted, Sanntoma:
- Stores your garment safely
- Styles, photographs, and markets it
- Rents or sells it to customers
- Handles cleaning, logistics, and administration
Your garment works while we take care of the process.
3. You Earn as the Garment Earns
Each time your garment is rented or sold:
- Costs like cleaning and repairs are deducted
- Sanntoma takes a hosting fee for managing the item
- The remaining amount goes toward paying you
This continues until your Target Value is fully reached.
4. You Choose What Happens Next (Upfront)
Before we begin hosting, you choose one path:
Option A: Transfer to Sanntoma. Once your Target Value is reached, the garment becomes part of Sanntoma's permanent collection, and your hosting journey is complete.
Option B: Return to You. Once your Target Value is reached (and minimum hosting conditions are met), the garment is returned to you.
This choice is made upfront so expectations are clear from day one.
5. Clear & Transparent
- You are not paid upfront. Earnings are made only when your item earns.
- You decide the total amount you're comfortable earning.
- Sanntoma earns by hosting, managing, and growing demand for your garment.
6. Final Step: Legal Agreement
Once you're happy with how hosting works:

- Tick the box / sign the document to confirm acceptance
- Submit your garment for hosting
1. Eligibility & Ownership
This Garment Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sanntoma Fashion House ("Company") and the undersigned item Owner ("Owner"). This Agreement governs the hosting, rental, and/or sale of Owner-owned garments through Sanntoma Fashion House under a revenue-recovery hosting model.
- Owner confirms they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Owner warrants that all items submitted are authentic, legally owned, and free from liens or third-party claims.
- Owner shall indemnify and hold Sanntoma Fashion House harmless against any dispute arising from false ownership, misrepresentation, or infringement.
2. Definitions
- Item: The garment(s) submitted by the Owner and accepted by the Company.
- Target Value (TV): The total monetary amount declared by the Owner as the maximum amount they wish to earn from the Item.
- Gross Revenue: All income generated from the rental or sale of the Item.
- Net Revenue: Gross Revenue less approved deductions.
- Hosting Fee: The Company's guaranteed margin deducted from Net Revenue prior to Owner recovery.
- Cap Completion: The point at which the Owner's cumulative recovery equals the Target Value.
3. Item Evaluation & Acceptance
- The Company shall inspect each Item for quality, condition, and suitability.
- Estimated cleaning, repair, and preparation costs may be disclosed to the Owner prior to acceptance.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any Item at its sole discretion.
4. Owner Declaration of Target Value
- Owner shall declare a Target Value for each Item upon submission.
- Owner acknowledges that the Target Value represents the maximum total compensation payable under this Agreement.
- The Company does not guarantee that the Target Value will be fully recovered.
5. Revenue Waterfall & Payments
For each rental or sale transaction:
- Gross Revenue is collected by the Company.
- The following deductions are applied first: cleaning and laundry costs; repairs and alterations; payment processing fees; damage or loss deductions.
- From the remaining amount, the Company shall deduct a Hosting Fee of 35%.
- The balance shall be credited toward recovery of the Owner's Target Value.
- Owner payments shall be made periodically as determined by the Company (usually every 3 months) if the item performs well. If the item does not accrue the TV after 9 months, the Owner will receive whatever amount the item accrues, ending the item's hosting journey.
6. Owner Election (Binding & Irrevocable)
At onboarding, the Owner must elect one (1) of the following options. This election is binding and cannot be changed after acceptance of the Item.
OPTION A: Hosted, then Transfer to Sanntoma Fashion House
Upon Cap Completion:
- Ownership of the Item shall automatically transfer to Sanntoma Fashion House.
- Owner irrevocably relinquishes all rights, claims, and interests in the Item.
- The Company may thereafter rent, sell, alter, donate, or dispose of the Item without further obligation.
OPTION B: Hosted, then Return to Owner
Upon Cap Completion:
- The Item shall remain hosted until minimum hosting conditions are met (minimum hosting period of 9 months and/or a minimum of 12 rentals).
- A final cleaning and administrative fee shall be deducted prior to release.
- Owner must collect the Item within twenty-eight (28) days of notification.
- Should the owner be physically unable to collect their item, they must notify the Company in writing.
- Failure to collect within this period constitutes abandonment.
7. Hosting Period & Care
- The Company shall exercise reasonable care while the Item is in its custody.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from rentals is expected and non-compensable.
- Owner accepts the commercial use risk associated with hosting and rental activity.
8. Damage, Loss & Liability
- The Company shall be liable only for damage or loss occurring while the Item is under its direct custody.
- Liability is capped at the agreed insured value, not the Target Value.
- Compensation, if any, shall follow the Company's insurance and claims procedures.
9. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically upon:
- Cap Completion and execution of the elected option, or
- Written mutual termination.
Early withdrawal by the Owner requires:
- Settlement of outstanding costs, and
- Written approval from the Company.
10. Abandonment
Items not collected within twenty-eight (28) days after required notice may be sold, donated, or disposed of at the Company's discretion without further obligation.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
This agreement only needs to be signed once, when onboarding.
